Job Description

We are hiring the Technician - Fan Mechanic for our company.

Job Role :

To attend the complaints in the field and office also.

Perform repair and maintenance for fan.

Perform indoor or on-site field support.

Perform troubleshooting and repair of faulty parts.

Inspect and troubleshoot fan equipment. Determine the repairs required, parts & materials needed, and proper procedure to carry out the work.

Safe work practices.

Remove and replace electric motors, motor bases, v-belt drives, couplings, fan bearings, fan shafts, and fan wheels. Other repairs as required.

Fan preventative maintenance.

Laser shaft alignments.

Dynamic rotor balancing.

Vibration analysis.

Hoisting and rigging.
