Job Description

ONLY DIPLOMA QUALIFIED CANDIDATES ACCEPTED GULF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED Candidates Must have 3-5 Years of Maintenance Exp. in Manufacturing Industry
Exciting job opportunities in SAUDI ARABIA!.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Installation & Commissioning:

Install, assemble, and commission machinery, systems, or equipment according to manufacturer instructions or engineering plans.
Ensure all systems are properly connected, calibrated, and operational.
Test new installations to verify performance and safety standards.

2. Routine Maintenance & Servicing:

Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Replace worn-out parts, lubricate moving components, and adjust mechanical or electrical systems as required.
Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and part replacements.

3. Troubleshooting & Repairs:

Identify faults or irregularities through diagnostic tools or manual inspection.
Repair or replace defective components, including motors, circuits, sensors, gears, valves, or software modules.
Work under pressure to quickly resolve equipment failures and restore normal operations.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

Accurately complete service and maintenance logs.
Report equipment status, fault causes, and solutions to supervisors or engineers.
Maintain stock of frequently used parts and inform management about reordering needs.

5. Safety & Compliance:

Follow all organizational and regulatory safety practices, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Ensure that all work complies with company standards, industry codes, and legal regulations.
Participate in safety drills and regular audits to maintain a secure working environment.

6. Team Support & Coordination:

Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and department staff to complete tasks efficiently.
Support in training junior technicians or apprentices when required.
Communicate clearly with the operations team regarding equipment conditions and repairs.
