Job Overview:
The Technician in Equipment Maintenance Services is responsible for the routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems, SPRCs (Special Purpose Rotary Components), and pneumatic equipment. The role ensures all machinery operates efficiently with minimal downtime, supporting the overall productivity of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspection, servicing, and repair of hydraulic, SPRCs, and pneumatic systems.

Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform corrective maintenance.

Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.

Coordinate with other technical teams for timely resolution of equipment problems.
Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.

Hands-on experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, and SPRCs maintenance.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals.

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
