Job Description
To reach the objectives , the operators must :
- Identify & inform to the Sr. Operators about the quality issues.
- Produce / assemble the connectors as per the cycle time.
- Complete the job assigned by the Sr. Operators on-time
1. Maintaining the tools & equipments (1st level) required for production.
2. Updating the work orders or any other process related documents on time.
3. Updating different indicators like in-process rejection, quantity produced etc. regularly.
4. Promoting excellent teamwork and maintaining discipline
5. Enforces safety regulations
6. Recommends / suggests measures to improve production methods, quality of product, changes in working conditions, use of equipment to increase efficiency etc. in the form of Kaizen.
Demonstrating continual improvement by maintaining 5s, Kaizen and other improvement plan implemented by the organization from time to time.Job Particulars
