Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company
• Collaborate with business teams to understand business strategy. • Fully understand and ensure compliance with GxP processes and Biogen SDLC. • Analyze and enhance current business processes, systems, and system documents. • Gather, validate, and write business requirements documentation. • Perform data profiling and create source to target mapping document for data migration and data integration programs. • Co-ordinate with development and Testing team to ensure requirements are implemented accurately for Business UAT. • Develop the necessary documentation for IT solutions projects working closely with Project Managers - e.g., project objectives & success metrics, business requirements, use cases, storyboards, functional specifications, systems & end-user documentation. • Support functional and training teams with occasional ad-hoc tasks where appropriate. • Conduct user performance analysis. • Help with solutions and documentation handover, once delivered, to the technical support team for ongoing support and maintenance.
• 5 years relevant experience in a BA role within a life sciences, services company, or related consulting firm. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent business analysis experience. • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, hybrid, other). • Understanding of IT service management / ITIL foundational architectural concepts (incident, problem, change, configuration mgmt, design, business technology strategy, quality management, and IT environments etc), DevOps methodologies, standards, and tools. • Experience with GxP processes, workflow, and documentation requirements. • Experience with CRM systems.
