Provide Leadership For A Team Responsible For System/Software Consultancy, Administration, Development, Documentation, Testing, Installation, And Training Of Internal And External Business Partners 

Provide Leadership To A Team And The Ability To Support 2nd Level Software Technical Support Needs For Web-Based And Client-Server Applications. 

Collaborate Globally With Product Development, Risk, FLOS, Client Management, GP Operations, Compliance, Finance, External Vendors, And Business Partners With Automation Activities 

Manage The End-To-End Automation Process Of Internal And External Business Partners Globally.

 

Provide GP Automation Product Management.

 

Provide Leadership To Band 30 Team Leaders, Band 30 Analysts, And Contractors.

 

Demonstrated Ability To Organize, Manage To Deadlines, And Control Several Initiatives Concurrently With Conflicting Needs.

 

Have Knowledge Of GP Products And End-To-End Product Life Cycle 

Proficiency In The Following: MS Windows, MS Office (Incl. Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, And Access), And Lotus Notes. 

Good Working Knowledge Of Mainframe, Midrange, Web-Based And Client-Server Systems, Windows Networking Platforms, FTP, VPN, Databases, Coding Languages, And Internet-Based Platforms. Have Knowledge Of Ecommerce Systems. 

 Experience With Method/1 Development Standard. Manage Requirements In Gathering, K245 Creation, Design Approval, Creation & Implementation Of Project Plans/Charters, Updates To Stakeholders, Monitoring Of Issues And Risks And Provide Resolution For Issues And Risks.

Manage Contextual Inquiry With External Business Partners. Manage Relationships With 3rd Party Vendors. Own End-To-End Product Management For Gp Automation Systems. Ensure Accuracy Of All Supported Languages In Gp Automation Systems. Ensure Requirements Are Delivered In A Cost Effective Way While Maintaining Quality.
