Designation - Junior Lecturer - History -Urdu Medium

Number of Vacancies - 17

Educational Qualifications as specified in the Service Rules of the department

Must possess a Second Class Post Graduate Degree (M.A., or M.Sc., or M.Com.,) OR B.A. (Hons) or B.Sc., (Hons) or B.com (Hons) or any other equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in the relevant subject/language of any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act, or a provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 50% marks in Post Graduate Degree Examination.

Note:

The candidates who have studied in Urdu / Marathi medium upto X Class Level (OR) the candidates who have studied Urdu / Marathi as first language at X Class/SSC level and Urdu/Marathi as Second Language at Bachelor’s Degree level are eligible to apply for the Subjects in Urdu/Marathi Medium.

Age Limit

The candidates should possess Minimum 18 years & Maximum 44 years.
The age is reckoned as on 01/07/2022 (Rule-12(1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules).

Selection Process

Selection of candidates will be through written exam which is scheduled to be conducted in the month of June / July 2023 (Tentative).

Pay Scale

Candidates will get consolidated remuneration of Rs 54,220- 1,33,630/-per month.
