Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller cum Sales position located in Delhi, India. The Telecaller cum Sales role involves handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting and explaining the company’s products and services, and driving sales. The role also includes maintaining a customer database, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service and telesales Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining a customer database Basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging solutions is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
