Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele Caller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
- Provide information about products, services, and offers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Keep track of daily calls, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Work towards monthly targets and KPIs.
