· Giving proper information to the customer.
· Explaining the process of services to visitors.
· Candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls.
· Responsible for making Cold Calls, handling outbound.
· Candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills.
· Daily submission of reports and updating details at web portal
· Maintaining records of all conversations in our database.
· Enter and update customer information in the database.
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
· Answer questions about products or the company.
