Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential candidates for insurance agent positions.
• Explain the role, benefits, and earning opportunities of becoming an insurance agent.
• Handle inbound queries regarding agent recruitment.
• Generate leads and maintain an updated database of prospective candidates.
• Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews/training sessions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Maintain call records and report to the team leader on progress.
