Qualifications :

Experience in handling customer directly through phone outbound calls
Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English and Hindi.
Excellent listening skills:
Should be able to understand customer’s requirement and articulate in own words.
Should have good convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Job Requirements :

Responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound sales enquiries. Generating leads and fixing up the appointments.
Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
Respond to customer questions with clearly articulated solution and benefits
Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer databases.
Maintain records of telephonic interactions and orders.
Send proposals and follow up. Follow up on initial contacts.
Actively manage a sales pipeline of Rs. 6,00,000+
