We have an urgent requirement for BPO Voice and Non-Voice Process.
For Voice Process, candidates with Average communication in English with Regional languages will be given preference.
For the Non-Voice Process, candidates can have Good communication.
Qualification: SSLC, HSC, Diploma, Any graduate UG / PG (with or without Backlogs)
Experience : 0 -2 years
Age criteria: Below 30
Job Location: Chennai
Shift timing: General Shift
Responsibilities and Duties
NON-VOICE PROCESS:
Response to emails sent by clients
E-Mail to be raised for cases which need inputs and support from back-end teams
Updating and Close looping of issues with respective customer representatives via emails
Key Skills
Communication skills, Computer Skills.
Required Experience and Qualifications
SSLC Pass, HSC Pass, Diploma / ITI, Any degree (with or without backlog)
