Job Description
Overview of the Role and Requirements
- The Tele-Marketing associate is responsible for inviting students and parents to enroll in Avanti’s existingand new Centres.
- Making and receiving calls to communicate information about Avanti to various customers centrally.
- Data collection, management and follow up on queries centrally.
- Updating feedbacks and data which we receive through various sales and marketing campaigns.
- Pitching various products and programs to our callers. Handle all the external communication including online chats, calls and mails.
- Education: Any undergraduate degree.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Functional knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Proficient in English reading and writing.
- Work experience is a Plus.
- Ability to understand the concern of the customer and address it satisfactorily.
- Ability to take initiative while talking.
