Assisting customers for online purchase of health insurance/Term Insurance plans telephonically.
* Pitching best suited insurance plans to the costumers.
* Explaining plan features and convincing customers to purchase the plan through us.
* Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through sales approach and proper follow ups.
* Customer Handling- answers all questions and concerns customer might have.
* Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls.
