§ To source clients for selling Real Estate projects of various builders by telemarketing
§ To fix customer appointments and arrange site visits for the clients w.r.t. the leads generated from all sources
§ Regular follow-up of the existing and prospective clients
§ To attend and support any business promotional events organized by the company or by any builder enthusiastically
§ To resolve minor client / customer issues independently
§ To determine clients’ needs, financials abilities and source of funding to suggest the apt property that best suits their requirements
§ To have a customer centric approach
