Job Description
You shall be performing the following tasks:
- Responsible to call customers.
- Brief customers on company products & services also contact lead generated potential customers
- Fix appointments with prospects for sales consultants to make personal visits
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of all tele-calls and report the same to marketing manager/sales manager
- To make phone calls to prospective customers who respond to emails.
- Responsible for constant follow up
- Responsible to act as a bridge between sales field executives and team leaders
