Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, handle queries, and close sales when possible. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
As the first point of contact between the company and potential clients, a Tele Caller plays a crucial role in influencing the perception of the brand and driving business growth through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
