Job Title: Tele-Caller
Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Working days: Monday - Saturday
Experience: 1 year experience in Tele Caller

Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele-Caller to join our team in Bangalore. As a Tele-Caller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
2. Generate leads and follow up on existing leads
3. Build relationships with potential clients and convert them into customers
4. Meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
5. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience in tele-calling or sales.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
5. Proficiency in handling customer queries and concerns.
6. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
