Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, and providing information about products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring that each interaction aligns with company values. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
