Job Description

We are hiring fresher and Experience tele caller for our renewal process. We are business partners of Axis Max life Insurance. Its a bulk hiring on urgent basis. and we don't have any work from home option its a office based job.

Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Tele caller (both freshers and experienced) to handle our renewal process. The role involves contacting existing customers, reminding them about renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Follow-up & Renewal Process

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers for renewal reminders.
  • Explain renewal benefits, process, and charges to customers.
  • Address customer queries and resolve concerns regarding renewals.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain a professional and friendly conversation with customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retain existing clients.
  • Update and manage customer details in CRM software.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily call logs and renewal records.
  • Provide reports on renewal rates, customer feedback, and call outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the renewal process.
