Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:

Make cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.

Follow up on marketing campaigns and sales leads.

Schedule appointments or demonstrations for sales representatives.

Convert potential leads into customers by addressing objections and explaining product benefits.

Maintain a consistent calling volume to achieve daily/weekly targets.
Inbound Calling:

Handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries about products, services, or orders.

Provide detailed and accurate information to resolve customer questions.

Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.

Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identify potential customers and qualify leads through scripted questioning.

Update and maintain customer records in CRM or database systems.

Ensure data accuracy and follow-up scheduling.
Customer Service and Support:

Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to supervisors.

Provide after-sales support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Reporting and Feedback:

Maintain daily call logs, noting call outcomes and customer information.

Report on call metrics and performance to supervisors.

Provide feedback on customer trends, competitor activities, and product reception.
Skills and Competencies:
Communication Skills:
