Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The Tele Caller will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining effective communication with customers over the phone. They will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, as well as handling inbound calls to address inquiries and provide information about our products or services.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products or services.

2. Handle inbound calls from customers and provide assistance, address inquiries, and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

3. Follow a script or set of guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.

4. Identify and qualify leads through telephone conversations, and update customer information in the database.

5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

6. Achieve and exceed assigned sales and performance targets on a regular basis.

7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up calls.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers.

9. Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, trends, and concerns to improve the overall customer experience.

10. Maintain a detailed record of all telephonic interactions, including customer feedback, for reference and analysis.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar customer service role.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.

3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to effectively promote products or services.

4. Ability to handle objections and difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism.

5. Good listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.

6. Basic computer skills to update customer information and navigate through the database.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and meet targets.

8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or telemarketing will be a plus.
