- We are seeking energetic and persuasive Tele Caller to promote and sell health insurance policies over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining policy benefits, addressing customer queries, and closing sales. Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell health insurance policies.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain policy details, features, benefits, premium rates, and terms clearly and convincingly.
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer information in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations during all interactions.
