Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated and result-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients, explaining products or services, addressing queries, and converting leads into business opportunities.
The role involves consistent communication over the phone, handling a variety of customer types, and maintaining accurate call records. A successful Telecaller should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant speaking voice, and the ability to engage customers professionally.
This position plays a key role in achieving company sales targets, building brand awareness, and enhancing customer relationships.
- Handle CUSTOMER calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
