Tele Caller Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
• Follow up on leads generated through various sources
• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service requests, and complaints.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all customer interactions
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales
• Keep records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections from customers
• Good negotiation skills to close sales deals over the phone
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service will be a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Freshers are welcome
