We are hiring a Tele Caller to connect with potential and existing customers, promote products/services, and support business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
- Follow up with customers for conversions and feedback.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
