Study Master is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, providing basic information about our study-abroad services, and generating counselling appointments and leads.

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from the leads provided by the company.
• Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to student enquiries.
• Understand students' educational backgrounds, career plans, and study-abroad interests.
• Provide basic information regarding courses, colleges/universities, admissions, and visa services.
• Generate and qualify leads and schedule appointments with the Counselling/Admissions team.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication and build a positive relationship with prospective students.
• Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams for smooth lead handling.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.

• Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, customer service, or education/immigration consultancy will be an advantage.
