Job Title: Tele Caller
Location: Pune
Experience: 1-5 years
Salary: 1.60L to 2.20L PA (On Channel Partner payroll)

We are looking for an experienced Tele Caller to generate new business from allocated accounts and find fresh sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for telecommunications.

Responsibilities:

- Generate business from allocated/new accounts

- Enterprise Customers (Internet Lease Line, MPLS, Cloud, WhatsApp Business, etc.)

- Find fresh sales opportunities through inbound calls, outbound cold calls, or email

- Connect with potential customers or businesses via telephone to promote products or services

- Explain the benefits of the products or services to potential clients

- Maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system

Qualifications:

- 1-5 years' quota carrying sales experience

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and driven

Requirements:

- Experience in B2B sales is preferred

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Knowledge of telecommunications industry and enterprise customer segments

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Good typing and data entry skills
