We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our team.The Tele caller is responsible for making outbound calls,handling customer enquiries, generating leads,and maintaining good customer relationship.

Job description

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers for sales, service, or support purposes.
Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries effectively.
Maintain a positive and professional tone while interacting with clients.
Keep accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in the system.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets as assigned by the team lead.
Resolve customer concerns promptly or escalate to the concerned department.
Work with the team to achieve overall process goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge, scripts, and process guidelines.
