Job Summary:

A Tele caller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to communicate with customers, generate leads, provide information about products/services, and resolve queries. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication & Engagement:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about company products and services.

2. Sales & Lead Generation:

• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
• Convince potential customers to buy or avail of services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong customer pipeline.

3. Customer Support & Query Resolution:

• Answer customer queries regarding billing, account information, or services.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.

4. Data Entry & Record Keeping:

• Maintain call logs, customer details, and sales reports.
• Update CRM software with customer interactions and feedback.
• Generate reports on calls, sales performance, and customer responses.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Follow company scripts and guidelines for effective communication.
• Ensure adherence to telecalling ethics and policies.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets and quality benchmarks.
