Work Arrangement : Work From Office

Working Hours : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Loan Promotion Calls:
-
Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to potential customers using leads provided by the bank or financial institution.

Introduce customers to various loan products (e.g., personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.) and explain eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and application procedures.

Address any questions, objections, or concerns from customers with accurate information and confidence.
2. Lead Qualification:

Assess customer needs and financial profiles to determine their eligibility for various loan options.

Collect and verify basic applicant details such as income, employment status, credit score (if available), and loan requirements.

Forward qualified leads to the sales or credit team for further processing.
3. Data Management and CRM Updates:

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Ensure that lead status is updated appropriately after each call.

Track and follow up on pending leads regularly to maximize conversion.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build rapport with customers to create a positive brand experience.

Follow up with interested customers and assist them in completing the loan documentation process.

Provide pre- and post-sale customer service to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
5. Compliance and Confidentiality:

Ensure adherence to the bank’s internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Maintain customer confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with care and discretion.
6. Reporting and Performance Tracking:

Submit daily or weekly call reports to the team leader or manager.

Monitor individual performance against key metrics such as number of calls made, leads generated, conversions, and sales targets achieved.
