Job Description
Job Summary:
The Tele Caller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, promote products or services, provide information, or resolve customer queries. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, persuasion, and a goal-oriented approach to meet daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling

Make daily outbound calls to assigned leads or data sets.

Promote products or services by explaining features and benefits to the customer.

Convince potential clients to book appointments, attend site visits, or make purchases.

Follow predefined scripts or modify them depending on the customer's interest and responses.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
-
Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads for field sales or business development teams.

Record details of interactions and update the CRM or lead management system.

Ensure follow-ups are scheduled and conducted consistently to maximize conversion.
3. Customer Support & Query Handling
-
Answer incoming calls (if required) and resolve basic queries about products, services, offers, pricing, or processes.

Guide customers on next steps such as documentation, appointments, or registration processes.

Forward complex queries to the appropriate departments.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate records of conversations, appointments, and outcomes in the CRM.

Prepare daily call reports, lead status updates, and share progress with supervisors.

Assist in preparing reports on call performance, conversions, and campaign feedback.
