Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to
potential customers to introduce products/services and gauge interest.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, maintain
relationships, and handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Information Delivery: Clearly articulate product
information, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads from
outbound calls and recommend next steps in the sales process.
- Record Keeping: Document all interactions with customers in
the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with leads and past
customers to encourage conversions and repeat business.
- Reporting: Report daily activities, caller feedback, and
potential improvements to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and
marketing teams to provide insights from customer interactions and improve
outreach strategies.
