Summary of Job :
We are looking Tele caller / Junior Admission Counsellor to join our Channel Partner Team. The role involves engaging with potential students and channel partners to promote our institute’s programs and drive admissions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling outbound/inbound calls, closing admissions, and meeting set enrollment targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls using a provided database and update records in the CRM system.
- Ask relevant questions to understand students’ academic and career interests and counsel them accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and channel partners.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to the entire sales/admissions process from inquiry to closure.
- Maintaining reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the team or coordinate for the prospects
Job Knowledge (Prerequisite)
· Prior experience in student counselling, telecalling, or business development preferred.
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales/admissions targets.
Skill Set :
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to learn and explain academic programs clearly and convincingly.
· Proficiency in computer usage and documentation.
· Willingness to travel, if required.
Education Qualification : Graduation in any field.
Experience : 0–3 years in a similar role in the education or edtech sector.
