We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Tele Caller Specialist to join our team at Lead India. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in outbound/inbound calls, be confident in communication, and have a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound & Handle Inbound calls.
· Explain company services clearly and effectively
· Follow up on inquiries and maintain client relationships
· Maintain and update lead database
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
Requirements:
· Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or a related role
· Strong communication skills.
· Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
· Graduation or equivalent preferred
