Job Description

Identify potential requirement of existing and prospective clients related to time share.
Conducts sales presentations as trained on the telephone.
Engages the owner/customers by creating interest in the campaign being marketed.
Builds rapport with owners/customers in a short period of time
Convince the clients ton buy add-ons and other related activities like food vouchers.
Gather and document information, calls and actions completed, including dates for follow-up calls through a proper discovery on telesales-calls.
Ensures coordination with OPC and sales team to follow up on leads generated.
Participate in Ongoing sales training and team collaboration efforts.
Assists in ensuring all questions are answered in a professional, informative and correct manner.
Operates general office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine, etc.Education & Experience:
- Should be high school/Equivalent to 12th Pass
- Graduate in any discipline will be added advantage
- A minimum of six (6) months experience in the timeshare sales field required
- No supervisory experience required
Qualification:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to sell and interact with people
- Self-directed and independent, but works as a team player
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Proficient in time-management, the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be flexible as needed for business operations to include days/evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
