Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls and Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services and generating interest.

Conduct market research and gather relevant information to qualify leads and identify opportunities for sales or follow-up.

Schedule appointments, product demos, or consultations for senior sales staff or managers.

Promote company services, offers, and discounts to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
2. Inbound Call Handling:

Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries about products, services, or existing orders.

Resolve customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Document call details, customer feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Cross-sell or upsell company offerings where applicable.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.

Keep customers informed about new products, services, and upcoming promotions to encourage repeat business.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback for improvement.
4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Update customer information and maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the CRM system.

Track call outcomes and report daily, weekly, or monthly progress to supervisors or team leaders.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
5. Sales Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets or KPIs as set by management.

6. Reporting and Feedback:
