Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers, offering company products/services.

Conduct cold calls to generate new business leads and expand the customer base.

Lead Generation:

Qualify and generate new leads by identifying potential customers based on their needs and interests.

Sales and Upselling:

Promote special offers, discounts, or new product launches to customers.

Upsell and cross-sell company products/services to existing customers.

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Provide daily/weekly reports on the progress of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
