Job Summary:
A Tele Collection Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to customers to remind them about pending or overdue payments, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.

  • Follow up regularly to ensure timely collections.

  • Explain billing details, outstanding amounts, and payment options clearly.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, commitments, and payments.

  • Handle customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines during interactions.

  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets.
