Job Description

Required 5 Tele Counsellor @ Thakur College of Science & Commerce, Thakur Village

Caller Need to make calls and Filter the raw data to make good leads

Call for Interview

Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about services, programs, or products.
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, online inquiries, or referrals.
Maintain a high call volume while ensuring quality communication and personalized assistance.

Understand the needs, goals, or concerns of callers and offer appropriate guidance based on available options.
Explain services or program details clearly and convincingly to help prospects make informed choices.
Assist in guiding potential students or clients through the registration or enrollment process, if applicable.

Convert inquiries into confirmed leads or registrations by providing detailed information and addressing objections.
Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients/students through calls, messages, or emails to nurture interest and close the loop.
Track the progress of each lead in the system and update CRM or internal databases accordingly.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.
Generate daily or weekly reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, conversions, and other KPIs.
Share feedback from conversations with the sales or operations team to improve services and customer experience.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and conversion strategies.
Provide inputs for improving communication scripts, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.
Assist in organizing online or offline counseling sessions, webinars, or events.
