Counsellor / telesales executive
Job Location –Sec-18,Gurugram
Working Time- 6 Days Working-10 AM TO 7 PM
Education-12th PASS Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Passout with
result in hand.)
Experience -Fresher with good comms. Min. 6 months – 5 years exp. From BPO
Outbound process.
Gender- Male /female Both
Salary-
For Fresher- Up to 20K CTC
For Ex- up to 26k in hand no PF deduction
Job Profile- Calling to the numbers provided by the company
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound and Outbound Calling
-
Make outbound calls to potential leads or customers to promote products, services, or programs.

Handle inbound queries from prospective customers, students, or clients and provide necessary information.

Follow call scripts and maintain professionalism throughout every interaction.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion
-
Identify and qualify leads based on customer profiles and requirements.

Explain product or course features, benefits, pricing, and enrollment procedures.

Encourage customers to take the next step, such as scheduling a demo, registering for a course, or completing a purchase.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
3. Customer Counselling
-
Provide personalized counselling to customers or students regarding the best options suited to their needs.

Understand individual goals and guide them in choosing suitable services or programs.

Resolve doubts, objections, or hesitations with patience and clarity.
4. Database Management
-
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all details are correctly logged.

Track communication history, follow-up schedules, and progress toward conversion.

Use CRM tools to manage lead status, pipeline reports, and communication records.
5. Follow-ups and Retention
-
Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects and maintain consistent engagement until conversion.

Stay in touch with converted clients/students to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals or repeat business.

Handle post-sale queries and direct them to the relevant department as needed.
6. Reporting and Feedback

Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, conversions, and challenges faced.

Provide customer feedback to the product, sales, or marketing teams to improve offerings and campaigns.

Suggest improvements in the call script or approach based on customer behavior and objections.
