- Tele Healthcare Interviewer (PUNJABI)
- Job Title: Tele Healthcare Interviewer
- Contract period: 1 year
- Working Hours: 8-hour daily, 6 days a week
- Compensation: 16,000 INR per month
- Health care interviewers assist healthcare facilities in monitoring patients and families’ health after major
- hospitalizations. They interview families over the phone to check patients’ health, recovery and well-being.
- They ask personal medical questions sensitively and without judgement or bias.
- They use simple mobile technologies for quick data-entry.
- Interview families in a respectable way
- Follow standard interview format and ask questions as they are written
- Record family’s responses accurately and ensure proper data entry
- Secure tools like phones and headphones; maintain soft-copy records of work done
- Work six days a week
- Fixed times choice between morning (8AM – 4PM) or evening shift (2PM – 10PM)
- Fixed salary; ESI benefits; cab service (for women only)
- Work in a team with highly motivated, caring people trying to improve people's lives
- Gain experience in healthcare field and have increased medical knowledge, improved computer skills, self confidence and teamwork
- Bachelors or higher qualification in social work, nursing, or allied healthcare field
- Past experience in conducting one-on-one interviews, preferably health based
- Fluency in Punjabi
- Experienced and comfortable using android phones and web browsers
- Live in Bangalore
