Designation: Tele Process executive
Language skills: Tamil, Telugu, English
Regulating the bucket-wise collection business basis the client requirements.
Moderating with other team members towards the strategic recovery mode.
Managing the clients and management with respect to meeting goals.
Implementing new ideas toward target achievement.
Resolving customer queries to make full payments.
Educating customers on their future problems based on CIBIL and avoiding legal situations.
Should Hold Banking and Financial Segment. (Norms)
Amplifying the collection month on month based on targets and requirements.
The last Sunday of the month would be working as per the process requirement.
Flexible to work in Rotational shifts and weekly off.
Salary Range(In Rupees): 12500-15000
