ASST. MANAGER TELE SALES/ADMIN
Real time incident / request lifecycle management:
Ensuring smooth and hassle free fulfilment of orders.
Distributor Appointments
Live channel for information flow between the organizations.
Escalation matrix & metrics management.
Required Skillsets:
- Prior experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu a must. Knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Potential candidates must also exhibit:
- Ability to function as an Individual Contributor.
- Ability to work in a sterssed working schedule and environment.
- Customer centric approach towards work.
- Work Experience:
- 6 months to 2 years in a similar job role (preferably start ups)
- Offered CTC
- 2,00,000-2,50,000 ( To be discussed)
