Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle high-volume sales calls. This role involves contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Answer customer inquiries, handle objections, and provide detailed product/service information.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and call efficiency.
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.

CRM & Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Update customer details and track sales progress.
  • Follow call scripts and sales processes effectively.

Customer Service & Retention

  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.
  • Report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Participate in training and skill development programs.
