Job Description
· Tele sales executive would be responsible for tele calling for given product, explain features of product to the customer. Noting important details of each conversation.
· Demonstrate ownership on call when connected with clients.
· Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language.
· Responsible for generate new leads for the business.
· Responsible for generate revenue and completion of given target month on month basis.
· Demonstrate ownership on calls when connected with the customer.
· Follow all contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct and legislatives
· Skills – strong communication skill, product knowledge, Active listening, Retained and recall
