Tele Sales Executive

 Job Description

• We are looking for the candidates whose having knowledge of  Online Insurance. Able to pitch the Insurance policies on phone call for new business as well as existing (customer retention).
  
• Insurance sales agents commonly sell one or more types of insurance, such as life, health and vehicle insurance.
  

•  Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.
• Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy.
  
• Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
  
• Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
  
• Develop marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who sell insurance.
  

•  Communication skills
• Insurance sales agents must be able to communicate effectively with customers by listening to their requests and suggesting suitable policies.
• Analytical skillsInsurance sales agents must evaluate the characteristics of each client to determine the appropriate insurance policy.
  
• Initiative Insurance sales agents need to actively seek out new customers to maintain a flow of commissions.
  
• Self-confidenceInsurance sales agents should be confident when making “cold” calls (calls to prospective customers who have not been contacted before).
• They must speak clearly and persuasively and maintain their composure if rejected.      
•  Experience:6+ Months and above
•  Education : Graduates/MBA's
