Job Description

- We receive a large number of calls from customers who are interested in shifting their house.
- Role of the Tele-Calling Executive is to understand customer requirements and provide all relevant information to customers.
- Provide information to our customers with courtesy, honesty and professionalism.
- To make outgoing calls to customers interested in shifting their house, understand their requirements and provide all relevant information back to customers.
- We have branches all over India, you will need to coordinate with your territory branches to provide support to the customers.
- Capture all relevant information from customers and enter accurately into the CRM system.
- Escalate all appropriate inquiries to management team and follow up with customers and keep customers updated at all times.
- Selected candidates will get the opportunity to work for a reputed brand who are also the biggest packers and movers in India with offices in all major cities.
