Tele Sales Executive
Job Description
Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.
Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.
Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.
Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales Calling

Make daily outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided data or leads.

Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone in a clear and persuasive manner.

Understand customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
-
Identify and qualify leads from cold calling, inquiries, and campaigns.

Follow up on existing leads to move them through the sales funnel.

Achieve assigned sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly).
3. Product Knowledge

Maintain deep knowledge of company products, services, and offers.

Stay updated on new product launches, pricing, and promotional schemes.

Handle customer queries effectively and provide accurate information.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve concerns promptly.

Maintain a positive image of the company during interactions.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, customer information, and feedback.

Update the CRM or database regularly with call status and lead progress.

Generate daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the team leader or manager.
